Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses to HOA board members and residents.

• Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and service requests.

• Manage and maintain accurate records of communications, service requests, and client interactions.

• Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and documentation as needed.

• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operation of office functions.

• Coordinate with service teams and inspectors to facilitate effective communication and service delivery.

• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for HOA board meetings.

Experience:

Previous Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred. Experience should include handling customer inquiries, managing schedules, and performing office tasks.

Administrative Skills: Experience with office software, record-keeping, and basic office procedures.

Customer Service: Experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Certifications (Optional but Beneficial):

Certified Administrative Professional (CAP)

Other relevant administrative support certifications

Educational requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required for entry-level administrative roles.
