Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough inspections of community properties, including buildings, landscaping, and infrastructure.

• Identify and document areas in need of repair, maintenance, or improvement.

• Take detailed photographs and notes to support audit findings.

• Compile and prepare comprehensive audit reports with clear recommendations.

• Communicate findings and recommendations to HOA boards in a professional manner.

• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices for property inspections.

• Coordinate with service teams to address identified issues and follow up on corrective actions.

Experience:

Previous Experience: At least 2-5 years of experience in property inspection, maintenance, or a related field is preferred. Experience should include conducting property audits, managing maintenance issues, or working in property management.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with inspection tools, property management software, and reporting systems.

Industry Knowledge: Understanding of building codes, maintenance standards, and property management practices.

Certifications (Optional but Beneficial):

Certified Property Manager (CPM)

Certified Professional Inspector (CPI)

Other relevant certifications in property management or building inspection

Educational requirements:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred): Degrees in fields such as Property Management, Building Inspection, Construction Management, or a related field can be advantageous.
